a. Profile Module: The Following is displayed in the profile module of the Client Application:

xi. KYC Number in Masked Format (Only Last Four Characters are visible)

b. Loan Details: All the active loan details of the client will be visible with the following details:

c. Loan Application: The Client will apply for new loan using this module. A lead will be generated with a unique Loan Request ID. Further Information pertaining to the Loan Request can then be gathered on the Loan Request ID. I shall share a comprehensive workflow on Lend Generation Processes very soon.

d. Client Grievance: The Client Can see and dial the contact number of Client Grievance Cell using the Client application.
